As a lifelong amateur naturalist, I’ve filled many journals with sketches, observations and research notes in my quest to better understand and enjoy the amazing array of wildlife, flora, habitat and phenomena that I encounter everywhere everyday. Smithsonian Institution Coloring Book for New York State’s Water/Ways

Coloring Book pages I created for New York State’s Water/Ways Museum a traveling exhibition on Main Street, in collaboration with the Smithsonian Institution and nationwide state humanities councils. Water/Ways explores the ways in which water affects our everyday lives, from its influence on settlement patterns and religious beliefs to modern reliance on access to abundant, clean, inexpensive drinking water.
